Showcase your company, metrics, team, and opportunities in one place
Your startup page is the central hub for your company on StartupPage. From here you can appear on the Leaderboard, publish Opportunities, and connect with investors and talent.
This guide explains how to create or link a startup, fill in all key fields, and manage how it appears on your profile.
Getting Started
Go to your Dashboard
Open My Startups
From here you can either link an existing startup or create a new one
Option 1: Link an Existing Startup
If a co-founder or team member has already created the startup on StartupPage:
Click Link Startup
Search for your startup by name
Select it from the results
Once linked:
The startup appears under My Startups
You can request or be granted Edit Access through Team Management
π‘ This avoids duplicate pages and keeps all co-founders attached to the same startup profile.
Option 2: Create a New Startup
If your startup isn't on StartupPage yet:
In My Startups, click Create New
A new startup page is created and added to your list
Click into it to complete all the details
You're set as the Creator and can later invite co-founders or teammates with edit rights.
Basic Information
Start by filling in the essentials:
You can also add Social Links (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, product page, etc.) by clicking icons, editing URLs, and reordering them, just like on your personal profile.
Metrics & Analytics
This section powers the Leaderboard and gives visitors a quick view of your traction.
Verifying Your Revenue
To make these metrics verified and unlock the Leaderboard:
Go to your startup editor
Open the Verify section
Connect a supported payment provider (e.g. Stripe)
Once verified:
Your startup becomes eligible for Top Startups by Revenue
Revenue is included in Top Founders by Revenue for all linked founders
π‘ Verified metrics build trust with investors and talent. No more screenshots or self-reported numbers.
Opportunity Flags
From the same page you can flag what you're currently looking for:
Enabling these flags makes your startup appear correctly in the Opportunities Marketplace and related filters.
π‘ To publish a full opportunity with details, go to Publish.
Tech Stack & Acquisition Strategy
Give investors and talent more context about how you build and grow:
Technologies & Tools Add items like React, Next.js, Vercel, Postgres, etc.
User Acquisition Strategy Describe how you acquire users: SEO, paid ads, content marketing, partnerships, referrals, community, etc.
π‘ This information helps investors understand your technical depth and talent evaluate whether they'd be a good fit.
Team Management
Under Team Management you control who can edit the startup page.
Each linked user appears with their role (e.g. Creator, Employee)
Toggle Edit Access on or off for each member
Anyone who links this startup to their profile can appear here once you grant access
Editing the Startup Card on Your Profile
From My Startups, you can also control how the startup appears as a card on your personal profile.
Click the pen icon on the startup card to set:
π‘ These settings affect how your relationship with the startup is displayed on your personal profile, without changing the main startup page itself.
From Startup Page to Leaderboard
Once your startup page is complete and revenue is verified:
Your startup can appear in Top Startups by Revenue
All founders linked to it can appear in Top Founders by Revenue
Keeping your metrics and information up to date ensures you're discoverable by the right people across the entire StartupPage ecosystem.
