The marketplace connecting founders, talent, and investors around real needs

Opportunities are structured posts that describe what you're looking for or offering in the startup ecosystem. Each opportunity is linked to a startup page, so anyone viewing it can instantly see the context, metrics, and traction behind the company.

How It Works

Both sides benefit:

You are a... You use opportunities to...

Founder

Find talent, co-founders, funding, or buyers

The 4 Types of Opportunities

You can filter all types at the top of the Opportunities Marketplace: Hiring, Fundraising, Co-Founder, and For Sale.

πŸ’Ό Hiring

A startup is looking for talent to join the team.

What you'll fill in:

  • Role (e.g. Frontend Developer, CFO, Growth Lead)

  • Seniority & contract type (Full-time, Contract, Advisory)

  • Compensation & equity range

  • Key skills & tags (e.g. React, legal, remote)

  • Short role description

How it works for candidates: They see your opportunity card, click to apply, and reach out through the CTA on your startup or founder profile.

πŸ’° Fundraising

A startup is currently raising a round and wants investor visibility.

What you'll fill in:

  • Round stage (Seed, Series A, etc.)

  • Target amount & amount already raised

  • Current valuation

  • Expected closing date

  • Brief pitch on how funds will be used

How it works for investors: They see your round details alongside your verified metrics, then reach out through your startup's contact or profile CTA.

🀝 Co-Founder

A founder needs a technical or business co-founder to complete the team.

What you'll fill in:

  • Role needed (e.g. CTO, Head of Growth)

  • Equity share & time commitment

  • Required skills & experience

  • Your startup vision & what kind of partner fits

How it works for potential co-founders: They discover your startup, review your vision and metrics, and connect if there's a match.

πŸ”‘ For Sale

A founder wants to sell a startup, product, or asset.

What you'll fill in:

  • Asking price

  • Revenue / MRR (if available)

  • Brief description of the asset

  • Why you're selling

How it works for buyers: They scan acquisition opportunities, review key financials at a glance, and open the full details to evaluate the deal.

Every opportunity you publish lives in 3 places:

Why Opportunities Matter

Opportunities turn static profiles into an active dealflow engine. Instead of just listing who you are, you signal exactly what you need right now, and let the right people respond.

By combining verified startup pages with structured opportunity cards, StartupPage makes it faster for everyone to find the right match and take action immediately.
